SMG/INTERPLANETARY ("SMG/IP") announces the launch of a Helpdesk for Team Members and the General Public which began partial service on June 3rd, 2019, and is expected to gain full service by July 3rd, 2019. SMG previously held a helpdesk just for staff, but with the launch of many services to the general public, it has been deemed "easier" to make the helpdesk service public.
SMG/IP continues to be committed to helping others, even outside of their regular scope.
